A new Parisian boutique hotel has been born.
Not so far from the Louvre, and only a one-minute walk from Palais Royal, you can find Paris’s newest gem: The Drawing Hotel. If you’re an art lover, this definitely is the right place for you. But even if not, I’m convinced you’ll immediately find appreciation for the creative decorations and indoor architecture. The Drawing Hotel, as the name already reveals, emphasizes the art of drawing in particular. Each floor has a different character, unique in its own way, thanks to six different artists who decorated the walls on the corridors. You can even find hints of those decorations hidden in the 48 rooms of the hotel. We stayed in a classic room, which was more than spacious enough. I absolutely loved the modern approach to the design of the bathroom (I mean, check those pictures! 😍). You may not knows this yet, but I’m a big fan of boutique hotels. If you ask me, the rule for a hotel is: the smaller, the better. I love it when a hotel can give you the ‘home feeling’. And The Drawing Hotel definitely did this for me. A personal and friendly approach was key, as it should be. The breakfast room was super cozy. It felt like we were hanging out in someone’s ultra fancy living room. The food was delicious: everything was fresh and homemade. Our so carefully planned fashion week diet became a far-from-our-bed-show, but we didn’t mind. It was all worth it.. We already know where we’re going to stay our next time in Paris!
